To support the auction, the Gala Planning Team is seeking auction donations such as gift cards or gift certificates, individually wrapped and sealed baked goods, handcrafted items, sports team memorabilia and/or tickets, and themed gift baskets or prize packs. A list of suggested donations and donation ideas can be found here.
These items will be divided between the virtual auction on Friday, Nov. 5, and the in-person silent and live auctions on Saturday, Nov. 6. Virtual auction winners also have the option to pick-up and pay for their auction winnings at the in-person auctions on Saturday.
All donations along with donation forms, available for download on our website, are due at a drop-off location by 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 22. Drop auction items off at:

- Disciples Center at Tawakoni/South Central Satellite Office, 8492 SW Tawakoni Rd, Augusta

Virtual bidder tickets are $5 each; individual in-person meal and auction tickets are $45 each, or purchase a table for eight for $300.
