The National Benevolent Association’s Innovative Conversation (IC) Group on Older Adults invites you to join Rev. Dr. Paul Koch as he leads a series from the recently published “Looking for God Over Your Shoulder.”
The series of discussions will comprise four ZOOM meetings at 11 a.m. (CT) on Tuesdays, Jan. 16, 23, 30, and Feb. 6. The hour will include guided scripture, devotion, prayer, and sharing with older adult individuals and groups in mind.
Rev. Dr. Paul Koch is the Regional Minister in Mid-America, a ministry that found him after a spiritual encounter in the north woods of Minnesota in 2015. Since his adult rite of passage, he has become passionate and consistent about incorporating contemplative meditation practices in his life.
He co-wrote and edited a complete guide to practices and liturgies for Older Adults to use personally and with others for the NBA, available on the NBA’s website. He also recently edited the College of Regional Ministers Advent and Christmas devotional book, “Abide with Us,” has authored men’s group curricula, and leads, among others, spiritual retreats for Disciples Men and Illuman.
The event is free, but space is limited. Reserve Your Spot Now!
