Campers love to receive mail from friends and family back home. Include the camp session (i.e., Junior, Grand Camp, CYF, etc.) along with your camper’s name. To ensure timely delivery letters need to be addressed in the following format.

Remember, there is no mail delivery on the last day of camp, and it often takes two to three days to arrive. Consider sending letters early to ensure your letter’s arrival. Letters that arrive before a camp session starts will be held in the office for campers’ arrival. Letters arriving after a camp session end will be returned to the camper’s home church.
Another option is to email your messages to the camp office, [email protected], and a staff member will deliver your message with the day’s mail. Include the camper’s name and camp session in the subject line.
Packages are highly discouraged as it takes longer to process and deliver. Please do not send food as it is not permitted in the bunk rooms.
