Kansas Disciples Men’s fall retreat will be Sept. 27-28 at the Disciples Center at Tawakoni. The theme will be “Confronting Christian Nationalism” with Keynote speaker Rev. Dr. Paxton Jones.

Paxton received both his M.Div. and D.Min. from Brite Divinity School. Following 23 years in congregational ministry, Paxton officially joined the CCK regional staff in October 1998 as Deputy Regional Minister and Treasurer and became Regional Minister in May 2007. He served until his retirement in 2016. He also served on numerous regional, general church, and ministry partnership teams.
He received several awards, including the 1988 Outstanding Young Religious Leader for Salina and Kansas Jaycees, and in 2013, he received the Kenneth L. Teegarden Award from Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth.
We have a goal to double our registration numbers from last year. Be one of the 45 or more Kansas Disciples Men to join us. Start spreading the word and get this on your calendar. Registration will open in July.
Many blessings to you.
