Two opportunities to participate and financially support your regional camp and conference center
The annual Tawakoni Gala and Auction provides an opportunity for you to financially support your regional camp, conference and event center. This year, you have two opportunities to participate: virtually from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 5, and in-person at Tawakoni from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6.
Proceeds from the Tawakoni Gala and Auction support camp operational costs, capital projects and summer camp scholarships. This year’s capital improvement project focus is a new camp security gate and monitors. The 2021 fundraising goal is $25,000.
Registration is open and auction donations are being accepted for the 2021 Tawakoni Gala and Auction virtually on Friday, Nov. 5, and in-person on Saturday, Nov. 6, at Tawakoni.
This year’s capital improvement project focus is a new camp security gate system.

Virtual bidder tickets are $5 each; individual in-person dinner and auction tickets are $45 each; or purchase a table for eight for $300. If game time schedules match up, watch the KSU Wildcats and KU Jayhawks and enjoy tailgate snacks with a Football Watch Party (tickets $15 each).
