Does a budget still make sense in the midst of Covid-19? How do we faithfully revise, build, or even manage our budget when nothing else looks like it did six months ago? How do we take what we know about our congregation and community and plan for 2021? Are we telling our own amazing story of ministry and mission in a way that inspires, encourages, and generates generosity? Participants will gain insight into using the budget as an effective ministry tool and learn how to build a “narrative style budget”. Move from asking “How do we survive?” to celebrating how to “Give thanks for how you thrive.”
