Christmas Ball Fundraiser for Youth

Kansas Disciples Youth invites you to join them for a Christmas Ball Fundraiser in support of bringing youth to Camp Tawakoni throughout 2025. There will be a silent auction fundraiser, dinner and it wouldn’t be a ball without a dance to finish out the night.

Come dressed in ball attire (or casual is fine too!) and enjoy an evening of fun and fellowship with our youth. Our goal for this fundraiser is to provide free events for all Kansas youth throughout the year. We believe that all of our region’s youth should be able to come to camp and experience our little piece of God’s kingdom here on Earth, and your support makes that possible.

Silent Auction

Help support Disciples Youth events and programming throughout 2025 with a donation of a unique item to our silent auction. We’ll be offering these items to bid on during our Christmas Ball at Camp Tawakoni on December 7th. Some common items for donation include heirloom quilts, college sports tickets and memorabilia, local history items– or just use your imagination! 

All proceeds from the silent auction will support our Disciples youth in 2025. We can’t wait to see you at the Christmas Ball! Make sure to register online to reserve your spot, and if you have any questions, please reach out to Conita at youth@kansasdisciples.org. 

Overnight Accommodations

Stay at Camp Tawakoni after the Christmas Ball! 

We’re so excited to see everyone for our inaugural Youth Fundraiser at Camp Tawakoni. If you’re driving from across the state, Camp Tawakoni is offering sleeping accommodations after the Ball. 

These will be basic accommodations (camp beds and restroom facilities), so please bring your own bedding and any breakfast or midnight snacks you may require.
