CALENDARS: There are three different calendars on our website:
a) The rolling scroll calendar on the HOME page rolls every 5 seconds and highlights selected events;
b) The calendar of events, which on some events provides links to registrations or added information;
c) The month-at-a-glance calendar is accessed here or from the calendar of events page and is printer friendly, providing a wealth of information by clicking on any given day. It also takes you to months in the past or future by clicking on the name of the previous or future month in the top corners.
CONGREGATIONS in the region are listed with address, phone and minister’s name as well as with a photo of the church. From here it is one added step. Click on CONGREGATIONS, and then click on the district where the congregation is. Don’t know which district? Click on the link which indexes them by district.
CONTACT US provides names, addresses, phone numbers & e-mails of all regional staff and their offices.
DISCIPLES CENTER AT TAWAKONI has a wealth of information on Disciples Center at Tawakoni, our camp and retreat center on Tawakoni Road near Augusta. The page includes address and maps, pictures, some history and three phases of development. Aside from the YOUTH page, this DISCIPLES CENTER page has the summer camp schedule, health and registration forms and other materials.

FOR CLERGY is not just for clergy and is a page of links to other websites. It has a wealth of information that can occasionally be useful to any church leader. For instance, it has a link to the lectionary with the scriptures and colors of the seasons and so forth.
KANSAS MESSENGER gives access to the regional newspaper which is published six times per year. The current Kansas Messenger is posted two ways--the black & white pictures version and the color pictures version. The black and white version will download faster. Double click on your issue of choice and be patient while it downloads.
MEN contains information on Kansas Disciples Men, the fall Disciples Men’s Retreat, the Men’s Endowment Fund, Disciples Men’s Mission, and links to Men’s activities in six other regions, as well as links to selected sites in the General Office in Indianapolis.
NEW CHURCHES gives updates on new church starts in Kansas, as well as a link to general church new church starts and related information across the U.S. and Canada.
MONTHLY POSTING is the electronic version of the "old" regional monthly mailing.
PHOTOS: Access to the PHOTOS gallery appears in a red menu bar (above) or everywhere on the website except the HOME page.
REGIONAL OFFICE has overall regional information as well as links to photos and information on each person on staff, both professional ministerial staff and support staff. There is also a page on the current moderator of the region.
RESOURCES has direct links to fourteen other websites including Greensburg Mission Stations, Cokesbury, Disciples News Service, General Unit Home pages and Disciples college and seminary pages. It also links you to information on our Education for Ministry (EfM) program.
WHO WE ARE has a link to the General Church site that covers the history of the Disciples of Christ, explanation of the Chalice symbol, and much more about who we are.
WOMEN has information on Spirit Fest events, the KDW Retreat (including registration forms) and study materials that can be downloaded.
YOUTH has numerous links, including the camp schedule, retreats, encounter youth event and KCYF spring retreat with downloadable registration forms. There is also a “covenant” and a message for youth sponsors. See DISCIPLES CENTER above for added youth information and forms.
